About My Sage Chef

Allow me to introduce myself; I'm Chef Lonnie, the Sage Chef. I've spent most of my life learning how to cook, and what to cook for various personal and professional reasons, but my one true passion has always been to cook with only fresh, natural, and organic ingredients to really bring out the natural flavors and extra healthy vitamins and minerals that each food produces during the cooking process.

We are kicking things off by offering FREE 20 minute private coaching to Sage patients. Sessions with the Sage Chef that will jumpstart your elimination diet. This consultation is designed to help you identify good substitution alternatives, tricks, and support.
